During this FREE 20-minute meeting with the student and their parent/guardian(s), I will get to know your student and assess their skills and development in order to begin charting an effective academic support program uniquely tailored to their individual strengths and needs.
My Story
An experienced professional educator
I have been working as a professional tutor and mentor for over eight years, working with middle and high school students. Born and raised in California, I have worked and studied in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, learning and working with educators and students from several of the world’s most dynamic educational institutions. In addition to my work as a private writing tutor, I serve at Archbishop Riordan High School as an English teacher and learning support tutor in Riordan’s nationally-renowned Resource Specialist Program. When I’m not leading in the classroom or working with students individually, I am also an avid distance runner, a high school cross country coach, and a weekly radio DJ.
